What is StivanTech?

StivanTech is a premium SaaS marketplace and Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. We provide pre-built, scalable solutions that you can deploy instantly using our tokenized workload system. Instead of managing servers, you focus on your business logic.

Do I need to be a developer to use this?

Not necessarily! While developers will love our Visual API Designer and granular controls, non-technical users can easily subscribe to ready-made SaaS apps from our marketplace to run their business operations.

Billing & Tokens

How do API tokens work?

Instead of traditional monthly subscriptions for every micro-feature, our platform uses a unified token system. You purchase a token package, and those tokens are deducted as you consume APIs or deploy workloads across any of our services.

Do tokens expire?

Yes. Each token package has an expiration date (typically 30, 90, or 365 days) depending on the package you purchased. Our ledger system automatically consumes your oldest valid tokens first to ensure maximum value.

Can I get a refund for unused tokens?

No. As stated in our Refund & Cancellation policy, all token purchases are strictly non-refundable and final. Please purchase tokens according to your immediate business needs.

Marketplace

How do I subscribe to an app?

Simply navigate to the Marketplace from your dashboard, browse the available applications, and click "Buy Now". The system will unlock the application's UI and provision the required database for your workspace.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Absolutely. You can always renew or upgrade your application subscription or top-up your tokens at any time directly from the Marketplace.

Support & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade isolation strategies. Every workspace operates as a completely separate tenant. We also utilize Keycloak for highly secure SSO and Identity Management.
